Delivery and Returns

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated in providing fast, safe and reliable delivery services on all our products.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders (website sales only). The cost of shipping items to Highland areas and internationally varies on the  size, weight and location, so please get in touch for an accurate quote before purchasing.

Items are processed within two business days from purchase and usually delivered on a 24 hour next day service.  Larger items may require additional time to dispatch.

UK Delivery

​

We offer free delivery on all products to Mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend required.

Delivery to the Channel Islands is paid and will be calculated based on the weight and size of the item. 

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please leave a note when placing your order online or contact our customer service team via email, Whats App, or chat.

DPD Delivery

​

We use DPD Premium Shipping as our standard shipping service. The courier will send you tracking information through either a text message or an email. Tracking details will be provided by DPD through notifications, and we suggest downloading the DPD app for the latest information on your delivery.

If you have not received your order tracking number please email us on info@love-electronics.co.uk to check the status of your order if it does not arrive within the specified time.

Kindly be aware that for large and heavy items, we may use a pallet delivery service.

-DPD Delivery within UK: Free (£0.00).

Order Processing

​

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

Order Lead Time

​

The next-day delivery service is applicable to items marked as “in stock.” Items listed as “available” will show a standard lead time (e.g. ~7 working days delivery) for shipping.

We typically use a next-day delivery service, which usually arrives the day after dispatch.

Please note that next-day deliveries may not occur on weekends.

Please take into account that express deliveries to destinations in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may not guarantee next-day arrival and could take up to 3 days.

For deliveries to the Channel Islands, please allow up to 5 days.

International Delivery

​

We offer international delivery on eligible products. We work with several international logistics companies to offer our customers the quickest and the most cost-efficient service available.

Cost of the international delivery is calculated based on the destination country and weight/size of the goods ordered. Please contact us for the exact options and prices available.

It normally takes 5-7 working days for deliveries within the EU and 7-10 working days to the rest of the world. However express services are normally also available for an additional charge.

Customs duties as well as import taxes may be applied by the customs of the destination country. We can not take any responsibility for any additional charges incurred through customs.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a no fuss 30 day returns policy where the product:

-was ordered in error

-is faulty or damaged

-does not meet your expectations

 

When returning a product, please ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Please note that the cost of the items’ return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt of the item, if the products are not in a state where they can be resold or is not in the same condition when it was initially sold, it may not be possible to accept a return and the item therefore be sent back to the buyer at their cost. However, a partial refund can also be given. Please contact us to discuss further.

If you would like to initiate a return, kindly visit our contact page and complete the form stating the order number, item make and model and reason for the return. For damaged items please attach photos.

Any refunds or exchanges given will be at our discretion pending a review of the returned goods.
